DESCRIPTION
KEN series hard tooth gear reducers adopt the proprietary technology from German FLENDER company at 1980s by TY. The gearbox adopts unit structure design, the specification and transmission ratio use preferred numbers, and the gears use high quality alloy steel with carburizing and quenching and grinding. We use high bearing capacity roller bearings, the gearbox housing use high strength performance gray cast iron, the gears and bearings use splash lubrication. If the customers have special requirements, we can also add other spare parts, such as fan cooling, loop cooling, fan and loop cooling, pressure lubrication and backstop and so on. As for the housing material, we can also use ductile iron or by welding.

CHARACTERISTIC:
1) The unit structure design is adopted, and the specifications, main parameters, and transmission ratio all adopt the priority number system. The standardization and generalization of the parts are high, and the interchangeability is good, which is convenient for production and rapid delivery.
2) The gear parameters are all new scientific research results optimized by the computer, so that the reducer has the characteristics of large transmission power per unit volume and light weight.
3) The gear is made of high-quality alloy steel, after carburizing and quenching, the tooth surface hardness can reach HRC60, with high allowable stress and good wear resistance, so it has a large load-bearing capacity and a long life.
4) The gear accuracy is DIN standard 6 grades. Cylindrical gear adopts tooth grinding technology, and some specifications adopt tooth profile and tooth profile modification, so the transmission is stable and the noise is low.
5) Reinforced bearings with high load-bearing capacity are adopted and the bearing life is long.
6) Gears and bearings are generally splash lubricated for easy maintenance. According to actual needs, fan cooling, loop cooling, or fan plus loop cooling can be added, or pressure circulation lubrication can be used.
7) The box body is made of high-strength gray cast iron, or welded box body.
8) Wide transmission ratio range (7.1~500), compact structure and large carrying capacity (maximum rated power is 3400kW). Therefore, it has strong applicability and can be widely used in various machines driven by different prime movers.
