Luan Jianghuai Motor Co.,Ltd which was founded in 1969, is national appointed as chief factory for small and medium-size motor by machinery ministry. General Introductions:

Y series middle size High-voltage (centre height H355~1000mm) three phase squirrel cage induction motors are suitable for driving universal machines, such as compressors, water pump, cracking machines, cutting machines, transporting machines and other equipment.

Y series motors adopt IP23 degree of protection, self fan cooling, rared voltage 3KV~13.8KV, rated frequency 50HZ(default).

Y series motors are new products developed by our company, which have good properties such as high efficiency, low vibration. It adopts an box-type construction, which make the motors have reliable performance and good appearance.

Y series three-phase asynchronous motor adopts a box structure, and the frame is welded by steel plates, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. It is naturally ventilated and cooled, and a protective top cover is installed on the upper part of the base, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly and facilitates the maintenance of the motor.
The stator winding is made of F class heat resistant insulating material, which has good insulation performance and mechanical strength through vacuum pressure dipping. The rotor adopts reliable cast aluminum or copper conductor squirrel cage structure.

YKS series air-water cooling high voltage (center hight H355~1000mm) three phase asynchronous motors are widely used in the industry of power station, water plant, chemical plant, metallurgy, mine and so on. The power level and the mounting dimensions conform to JB/T10135.1 and the IEC standard.

YKS series motor is equipped with air-water coolers on the top of the motors, and can be equipped with water leakage detection and alarm devices if required.

YKS series high voltage three phase asynchronous motors adopt the new material and new technology. It can meet the requirement of any kind of environment. The protection class is IP44 or IP54, the cooling method is ICW37A81. The mounting arrangements is IMB3. This series motors have good properties such as high efficiency, lower noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable quality and easy to install and repair.

Y, YKS, YKK series high-voltage three phase asynchronous electric motor is the new product developed by our company, which has good properties such as reasonable construction, advanced technology, high efficiency, energy-saving, low noise and vibration, reliable performance, convenient for installation and maintenance.
The power classification, mounting dimension and electric performance conform to national standard GB755-2008, JB/T10315.2 and the IEC standard.
The basic arrangement code of the electric motors is the horizontal foot mounting(IMB3). The duty of the electric motor is continuous(S1).

PENGENALAN PEMBINAAN:

Motor menggunakan pembinaan jenis kotak, bingkai dikimpal bersama dengan plat keluli, yang ringan dan kekakuan yang baik. Pada bahagian atas rangka motor adalah penyejuk udara-ke-udara tertutup, yang mudah dipasang, ditanggalkan, diselenggara dan dibaiki. Dengan pembinaan tekan stator, bahan penebat kelas F penggulungan, diikat dengan pasti pada penghujung belitan, beberapa ujian voltan impuls pada ujian pusingan ke pusingan dan voltan tinggi ke bumi semasa pengeluaran dan teknologi varnis memajukan vakum impregnasi menekan (VPI), motor mempunyai prestasi penebat yang sempurna dan boleh dipercayai, tekanan mekanikal yang baik dan rintangan kelembapan yang baik. Sangkar pemutar dihasilkan dengan teknologi canggih aluminium tuangan. Terdapat dua jenis susunan galas, satu galas bebola, satu lagi galas roller, yang ditentukan oleh kuasa dan kelajuan keluaran.
