BESKRIVELSE

YRKK series high-voltage three phase slip ring motors are suitable for driving heavy load machines, such as metal cutting machine, cursher, ball mill, compressor, sugar machine hoist, transporting machines and so on.

YRKK series high voltage motors adopt rated voltage 3KV~13.8KV, rated frequency 50HZ(default). The power level and the mounting dimension conform to JB/T10314.2 and the IEC standard.

YRKK series high voltage three phase asynchronous electric motor adopt the new material and new technology. It can meet the requirement of any kind of environment. The protection class is IP44 or IP54, the cooling method is IC611, IC616. The mounting arrangements is IMB3. YRKK series motors have good properties such as high efficiency, lower noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable quality low starting current and easy to install and repair.

KONSTRUKSJONSINTRODUKSJONER:

This series motors with box type steel structure, can be observed its interior after removing the cooler or protective cover, and esay to be installed and maintained; Wound rotor is installed with slip ring structure; Insulation class F stator made by VPI process, ensure the reliability of insulation, moisture-proof and shock resistance; Temperature senor for stator and bearing, non-stop oil filling and exit pipe, improve the protection ability and operation efficiency of the motors. When the power is more than 2000kW, according to the requirement of customer, another terminal box can be installed to pick up the neutral point of winding.

This series motor can be applied to the requirements as follows: 1. The lager starting torque; 2. Power capacity is not enough to start a squirrel cage motor; 3. Long start time or start more frequently; 4. Adjust speed in a small range.
